Home Staging Consultations

An in-depth room by room analysis is done to determine what will give it more universal appeal for the current market. We make sure to consider the style of the home, the price point, and the uses of space and applicability to the demographic of the prospective buyers. During the consultation, our Design To Market Home Staging consultant will also review the curb appeal and make recommendations to improve the initial impact of the home.

Our goal for the consultation is to optimize the presentation of your home both digitally and in-person. Our focus lies in creating an experience that works well for both:

Photos that will be placed on MLS that drive the scheduling of listing appointments
In-person experience when a prospective buyer tours the home.

As a follow up to the meeting at your home, Design to Market Home Staging will provide the homeowner with a written, detailed report that can be a tool for the Do It Yourself owner or it can present the scope of work that our professional stagers will implement during the process of working with you to prepare your home for the Greater Cincinnati real estate market.

Vacant Home Staging Services

It is difficult to compete in today’s real estate market with a vacant home. Photos of vacant properties do not drive showing activity in the same way as a well-appointed, furnished home. Another challenge is that vacant homes magnify flaws, as there is less to focus on when a prospective buyer tours the home.

Design To Market Home Staging has an inventory of furniture, artwork, and decorative items that are appropriate to stage homes of many different styles and price points. Contractor Coordination Services

Design To Market Home Staging can assist in coordinating the efforts of recommended contractors. These contractors can range from painters, carpet and other types of flooring installers, electricians, general handymen, house cleaners, movers, and contractors that can assist with larger projects. While these companies or individuals are not employees of DTMHS they have shown professionalism and produced quality work for our previous clients.
